From her first experience of yoga some 30 years, belle draws from her own practice & study with many inspiring teachers, leading a flowing, energising as well as relaxing Hatha inspired yoga class. Working deeply with the vital breath, weaving classical asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chanting & Yoga Nidra ('yoga sleep'/guided visualisation/relaxation), Belle will guide you to the best of her ability to build a strong, focused, relaxed, integrated self & towards joyful inner stillness.



Different level classes and courses are suitable for complete beginners to those with an established practice, helping beginners & improvers to establish a solid foundation & guiding more experienced students to strengthen & continue to deepen their practice. Belle’s aim is to inspire & aid her students to establish a sustainable, safe & enjoyable practice; to truly experience the beauty & benefit of transformative yogic traditions - helping to release stress, build strength, stamina & flexibility alongside deep relaxation, overall well-being & joie de vivre !

 ~ Have enough distance between yourself & your device so that I can see your practice - facing the top of the mat if poss, on a chair with a pile of books on? (I may ask you to adjust vantage point, so books useful to tilt device)

 ~ Once you are in class - please switch mic to mute, lie down & relax on your mat & breath:)

 ~ Coming early to class will allow me to help those how might be having tech issues & to start on time - Thank you.

 ~ Prior to class, pls create a clear & comfortable area for your practice, preferably quiet … appreciate there may be others around you…so pls don’t stress if the cat or small child jumps on mat !

 

 ~ Use a mat if you have one, or else you can put a blanket or towel down on the floor/carpet.

 

 ~ A stable chair, blocks if you have or hardback books or firm cushion for sitting, & belt (bathroom robe belt is good as long), a blanket or shawl could be nice for cozy Savasana at the end :
