From her first experience of yoga some 30+ years, belle draws from her own practice & study with many inspiring teachers, leading a flowing, energising as well as relaxing Hatha inspired yoga class. Working deeply with the vital breath, weaving classical asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, mudra, mantra & meditation, as well as the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra ('yoga sleep'/guided visualisation), Belle will guide you to the best of her ability to build a strong, focused, relaxed, integrated self & towards joyful inner stillness.
Different level classes and courses are suitable for complete beginners to those with an established practice, helping beginners & improvers to establish a solid foundation & guiding more experienced students to strengthen & continue to deepen their practice. Belle’s aim is to inspire & aid her students to establish a sustainable, safe & enjoyable practice; to truly experience the beauty & benefit of transformative yogic traditions - helping to release stress, build strength, stamina & flexibility alongside deep relaxation, overall well-being & joie de vivre !

~ A stable chair, blocks if you have or hardback books or firm cushion for sitting, & belt (bathroom robe belt is good as long), a blanket or shawl could be nice for cozy final relaxation/Savasana at the end ~
